Free Shipping on all orders in Hong Kong. Once your order has been confirmed without any alteration, our express delivery service usually take between 24-48 hours in Hong Kong.
If you have any question regarding the status of your delivery, please contact our customer service team, You can choose any delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person.
International shipping
To offer you the best service, we have chosen DHL to ensure fast delivery to International orders. Shipping rate vary base on shipment type and destination. Your rate will be calculated at check out. DHL does not delivery on festival or pre-festival days. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.
As soon as DHL picks up your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.dhl.com
If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After 3 days, Exquisite Intimates Customer Service will contact you directly by email.
Shipment is free on orders on totaling more than HKD 3000.
For orders under HKD 3000, please find below the shopping costs for the different ship-to countries:

With our “100% Fit Guarantee”, you're off the hook (literally and figuratively). All returns and exchanges are FREE, except for panties and final sale items, which are non-refundable.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, send an email to info@exquisiteintimates.com and we'll send you a pre-paid return label.
Please include the following information: Account email or order #, item description, and reason for the return/exchange.
PAYMENT
Exquisite Intimates’ official currency is Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). All customers can purchase in HKD through the website.
The purchases can be made online with the following credit card and pre-paid cards- VISA, Master Card, and American Express. Also Pay Pal is accepted. All orders are subject to review and Exquisite Intimates reserves the right to request additional identification information.
The charge on your credit card will go into effect after the items have been shipped from our warehouse and depending on your credit card provider. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly, If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
Our payment system ensures secure transactions, since all financial information, Exquisite Intimates does not know the details of your credit card annd is therefore not able to file or retain them in any way or form.
